About

Maya McQueen

I was born in the California Bay Area and had the immense privilege of growing up on a hill overlooking a vast redwood forest. I grew up in nature and continue to feel a deep sense of connection to the wild outdoors. For the past 15 years, Berlin has been my home, though the Big Island of Hawaii remains my base in the United States.

I understand firsthand the pain of growing up in a fractured family and the deep longing for harmony and connection. This experience became the catalyst for my own healing journey and ultimately, my calling to support others.

Since my early twenties, my path has included many different teachers and healing traditions including meditation, transformation through relationship, depth psychology and somatic practices. In more recent years, Thomas Hübl’s teachings on personal, collective and ancestral trauma, NARM and Family Constellations have influenced how I understand healing, both for myself and in my work with others.

Alongside my professional training, my ongoing spiritual practice of silent meditation, spending time in nature, and embodied movement keep me resourced and grounded. I believe we can only truly accompany another with what we ourselves have already integrated. This is why my own healing remains an ongoing commitment.
