The human capacity for healing and transformation truly inspires me. I support the emergence of greater aliveness, authenticity, and self-connection.
I work in alignment with your intention toward healing, trusting that the insights and answers that arise within you are far more transformative than anything I could provide. In sessions, staying present within myself allows me to meet you with compassion and follow what emerges with curiosity and openheartedness.
My work draws on depth psychology, NARM therapy, family constellations, and Thomas Hübl’s teachings on personal, collective, and ancestral trauma. NARM is a process-oriented approach to healing developmental trauma. Rather than focusing on symptoms, it explores how early experiences shape the way we see ourselves and relate to others, working with both body and mind to restore a deeper sense of self-connection.
I have known the profound suffering that can arise in intimate relationships — the feeling of being stuck in painful patterns and unable to find a way forward together. This is why relationship work, particularly with couples, resonates so deeply with me. Our intimate partnerships are where we have the greatest opportunity to learn about ourselves, and paradoxically, where we often experience the most pain. These relationships invite us to sit with discomfort, meet our immature parts, and face our deepest triggers. When we get caught in power struggles, needing to be right or to dominate, we lose access to the vulnerability and openness we truly crave — the very things that make us feel most alive.
I am continually moved by the courage this work requires and am genuinely curious about what moves you. If you feel a resonance, I warmly invite you to book a free consultation.
